The author’s previous work was p good and at least the first 5 chapters looked promising to me. It is psychological with an abusive dad. He’s been in prison for awhile, but the psychological damage on his kid never faded. This looks like a love triangle too. So if you don’t fw that, maybe it’s not for you…
