since I've read the novel. the motivation of the characters is. ...First let's talk about the ML. Clearly the ML is an asshole. We can see that. And we can see, he likes the MC. He isn't aware of it yet. He doesn't know what he's doing all along. Sabotaging MC's relationship with others etc... is because of that reasoning. Due to his parents' issue (the real conflict why ML's that way), he sees the MC as a comfort zone. someone he can be with longer. Since they have each other through good and bad times, instead of understanding the MC's feeling or situation, he didn't. He rejected him without considering his feelings. In season 3 he only realise that maybe he likes him romantically too if the MC doesn't communicate his feelings. We can see that he wants to be with him, but he's afraid that their relationship will end up like his parents where they're in love until later they don't, causing each other to say hurtful words. While the MC literally loves him. just like Yujae because they have each other through good and bad times. He's aware of his feelings; the other isn't. He wanted to move on, but he can't because the ML is completely blocking him to make him move on, and he can't forget him because love is also that way. Both of them can sort it out if they really communicate about what they really want. MC wanted a romantic relationship. ML doesn't want and doesn't know he rejected him because he believes they'll end up like his parents. When the MC realised that, he said he's okay if they remain friends. And Yujae realise that he is different, and this is a gamble that he should prepare for because this is what love is. Do you now get it?
I need someone to upload all this to some gpt chat to ask - WHAT THE HELL, that is, excuse me - "give a description of the psychological portraits, motivations of the characters and an assessment of how good/bad everything is with the head". Because my super-smart, psychology-savvy brain is not enough to comprehend it. I can understand, but I can't comprehend.
