Its bc they actively try to hide it, while mirye and kyungbin dont, theyre pretty open with it. There's no need for ppl to ask questions bc they don't need any answered.

also mirye has never been the affectionate type and basically avoided all the other students and now he can't breath if he is not clinging onto kyungbin
