From what I can see, yooyeon is the little white haired boy who's related to yooyeong who was very shitty to kwon in their past life. However kwon and yooyeong ended up getting married? But they were toxic and stuff. Current day yooyeong died getting hit by a truck so past life yooyeon inhabited his body. That's what I can tell from now sorry if it sounds confusing
