There's still a little bit of confusion, but Ian takes the time (during sex, no less!) to talk it out with Manabu in the rest of the chapter. Then, the next day, Manabu talks about feeling 'light'. As well, he states that their love life is going well, but that they're into the deep end at work in the last line.
I like to think they've got it all sorted out. I might just be looking at it through rose-coloured glasses. I really, really want them to be happy. Manabu isn't my favourite uke in this world (Jun is), but I think Ian is my favourite seme. He's straightforward and friendly in a way most of the other's aren't.

That Manabu didn't really know about Ian's true feelings? I mean, Ian only said that he loves Manabu ONCE. And Manabu even thought that the kind of love Ian meant was friendship. So I guess this isn't resolved? Idk I might've missed it tho
