I have the same question too. In KML, Keith was also attacked twice but they did mention that Chase was attacked before he did and it was more violent. It was done by a member of a cult or something but it didn't really explain why they were attacking these dominant alphas. I don't remember Grayson being attacked though.
I think with the suffering thing, Keith was sleeping left and right so he was able to release his pheromones more often. Unlike Chase who choose not to sleep with anybody this not being able to release his pheromones which resulted to body pain/suffering.
wait I thought he didn't sleep with ppl because he is already bonded to the uke (yk they both suffer if they sleep with someone else after they are bonded)
I think he suffered more because he doesn't want to do IT, while we know that Keith does IT with multiple partners so he can release the build up pheromones.

I think they meant Chase and Josh are bonded, but I honestly can't remember if in this universe only an omega biting an alpha will result in a bond or vice versa.
Why does Chase suffer more than Keith even though they are both dominant alphas, but I think Keith is not as complicated as Chase, more about looking for his first love. Am I wrong?
