I think it's when Luke and Andrew kissed
I checked back and it seems like he took a photo in Chapter 46. You can see the bushes moving and stuff while they were kissing and hugging.

It was probably in chapter 46 when Luke and Andrew were in the bathroom in the window you could see a small flash. That is what I’m assuming though.
