It's isekai BL ... the Uke transmigrated to a world, where they adore people like him, as they believe people who traveled to their world holds great power. Uke, was immature and young and would throw childish tantrums.. and was under a protection of knights? ( Seme) ?? One of the knights seems to not like the attitude of the young uke and was cold to him. However, aside from the physical traits of Uke, his powers didn't show at all. Later he was assassinated...and returned to his world but he got isekai again to the same world. Now, his older and mature. And wanted to avoid being known as one of those transmigrators..so he hid himself. Found a job at a local herbal shop? Worked as part-time delivery. Hid his features with sun glasses. His first delivery was to the very same knights who, in the past guarded him. The Seme somehow showed a huge interest in him.. and I think kissed the uke with the pretense of a foreign greetings... and gave uke lots of sweets whenever he visits from delivery.
