yea.. ik where you're coming from. i myself was frustrated. but considering their psychological tendencies, i think this made them true to their characters. i mean their freaking mental, and they matched each others' freak.

There’s a scene in one of the chapters- I forget which one where Eunsung asks Soohyun “what are we?” and Soohyun answers “why are you asking me that?” Imo, they didn’t need to confess to each other. They were already kind of seeing each other in that pretext and using the pedo as an excuse to be around each other. Soohyun answers this question at the end of the story, saying he’ll just keep going with the way things are, which is something Eunsung had said to him previously. That’s the confession. Nothing big or elaborate, just typical stages of dating.
