Orange is a pickpocket! Not rlly much to say but maybe Big bro was one of hus victims and since Big bro's got a good heart he gave Orange a chance to live a better less scum of a life and took him under his wing.
Gray the son of a rich family, suffocated with all of the family's pressure, probably met Big bro by fate and decided to join him. Maybe thts why he's tasked with desk work, he's well educated after all!
And Luo Bai♡ welp his story is being laid down but i'm guessing his family got sunk in debt bc of his sick mother. With no way to get money for her treatments they resorted to loaning, her death was probably sudden to the point the debt wasnt paid back.
