In the fight with Hwan, he saw glimpses of his past and he also read through some of them from the records. I wouldn't say he regained them completely though? It's like he's aware things happened before but it's different from actually remembering them and the feelings associated.
Could you remind me please, does he remember or did he see glimpses of Eunjae as his brother from the past or no? I kinda forgot
I honestly stopped understanding what was going on here I barely remember the plot because when did 704 regain his memory??
