its more of a cultural difference. im assuming your western (?) but a teachers relationship with the parent is different in other countries, and also in some more conservative western countries too
I'm not western, all I know whenever there's a beef with parents and teachers best believe no ones gonna take that serious. Threatened them with even more lawyers, all the richest ones. It's the school who's gonna make the teachers and parents apologize to each other. That's all.
i believe than in korea schools care a lot about reputation and parents with connections to the school board may treat teachers like that for lowering their kid's grades. i also saw a video recently of a korean creator who was a teacher before moving countries and she said that parents really do treat younger teachers badly sometimes because the academic competition is crazy and they don't want any chances of their kid having bad grades
First chapter, the teacher shouldn't be so scared to a dumbass parent. She should've made proof that the kid was trying to hurt another kid.
