In case you haven't read up til ch 29, here's a spoiler warning
Go Kiseung is MAD lucky to get off with just a single slap. Kid was acting spoiled, making unreasonable requests to his sis, trying to get her to miss school js for some silly parent day or wtv when she's not even obligated to cuz SHE AINT HIS MUM, and then he wants to go around with his pissy attitutde and say "I wish you died with mom and dad(or smth like that)". And then, instead of killing the little brat, the saintly Go Kijeung just gives him a *tiny* slap on the cheek, basically a pat compared to the ungodly beating a real parent would've rightfully delivered to him. But THEN the ungrateful little imp has thr nerve to act like his sister is the world's most abusive villain&a mistake and like HE was the victim. The kid is wrong all over and needs a huge a wake up call.
If the author's goal was to make us rage and, don't quote me on this, "justify" Kiseung's possible(I have the gutiest of feelings he might not die) death by making him look beyond redeemable and unreasonably petulant, then I would say it worked.
Even with me going off about him, I still don't think he deserves to die. Or, at least it doesn't feel 100% right, like how it did with Lee whatever's mom. Maybe it's something about him being a kid and all that trauma(especially the one with that pervert and his aunt) that I feel like he's a product of his environment and he deserves to get some extensive help--not just a better therapist, but actually working on communication between him and his sister.
I rest my case. Not really though, feel free to give your opinion on this cuz I'm curious what other peeps think about Kiseung. And sorry if I spelled their names wrong, I did not feel like going back to double check.
