Well, I know there are other movies out there with kinda similar plot, but this is just my opinion. Just from reading Ch 1-21 of this manhwa, it is somehow giving AOT vibes. This is coming from someone who went head on, without reading any spoilers beforehand. The priests hiding secrets, the eerily familiar things hinting on memory loss/brainwashing/false reality, and the true form of Amon (which is heavily foreshadowed as snake).
After reading Ch 21, I checked the raw site if there's more, but there's none. T A P P Y is already caught up with the raws from R I D I as of this writing. They both have a 10-day release schedule, so the next update, Ch 22, will be released on:
Raws - Sep 4 (every 4th, 14th, 24th of the month) Official translations - Sep 5 (every 5th, 15th, 25th of the month)
Making it almost like a global release. (PLS, take note ppl who always ask for the raws, ffs) (oops, sorry that's on me. I just find it absurd when ppl ask for the raws of a manhwa that is a global release: raws and official translations are in sync.)
Okay so after knowing there's no more manhwa raws, I went back here to read some comments, to see if I have the same theory as what other ppl have, only to find out it's a novel adaptation. Then right away SORTED the comments by POPULARITY and read some major spoilers from novel readers.
I really appreciate the one who has been spoiling the novel back in July. And the other ppl who spoiled it too, down to the ending and side stories. Yall saving some of us the time and energy from reading a story that we might not like at all. Yes, the art is scrumptious, the plot is plotting, the smut is smutting, but without these spoilers, we will never know that the endgame is not just the two ppl in the cover art.
Imagine spending your free time relaxing, but instead of giving yourself a break from stressful life worries, this book is drawing you in, not knowing it's a depressing/disturbing/tragic story. I know we can't block a manga here. We'll still see ppl's comments from the homepage whenever this manhwa gets updated. But I'd say, marinate it first, and let it complete before binge reading it in one go. Well, some might like this trope, so you do you. If you choose to suffer waiting for updates every 10 days, then go ahead ╮(￣▽￣)╭
