Aeroc is originally an Alpha and it wasn't mentioned but i think Kloff is what we called 'Enigma' in Omegaverse, an Extremely Dominant Alpha who can turn Alpha or Beta to Omega.
Aeroc turns back to being an Omega when they met again in 2nd timeline, it was showed that in 1st timeline, they were already imprinted but still didn't realize it.
It was only explained in their 2nd TL how they bonded through Kloff's dreams.
This is just my thoughts but I think in the Author's Omegaverse, an Imprint means if both of the persons involved have a deep feelings for each other, the Imprint will stay with them even when they're reborn, and that's probably what happened to Kloff and Aeroc on 2nd tl.
Oh so that's why its not because of the medicine. But turning into an omega looks pretty painful in author verse i'm not quite thrilled that aeroc have to go through that after all his suffering. I know that he did something wrong however after everything I think kloff does not deserve aeroc but then again aeroc still loves him
So truueee! Imagine transforming with that kind of pain when he decided to stay away from his past and live silently ╥﹏╥ fate is just too bittersweet for Aeroc ಥ‿ಥ
I think Aeroc is someone who differentiate late remembering the doctor’s comment in Vol 5 about Aeroc’s condition, he is a mutation which explains why the meditation in World 1 worked on him so well. Aeroc never experienced knotting which is common to alphas… makes you think :(
I just finished this in one sitting! I don't know what to feel. I'am somehow conflicted about their current situation, I know that their already on their second life which means it no longer ties to their past lives however aroc still remembers and kloff clearly have dreams about it, most likely i'll have to think this throught. Their first life was a goddamn mess I don't even know where to start. Tbh I'm sad about the current chapter where aroc said that he changed to an omega after meeting kloff again in their present life. It ended up making me remember what actually happened during their first one and how aroc actually became an omega
