Irritated

Brooo I hate this development. The fact that they had long-time villains in the story killed off by a newly transformed op villain character irritates me sooo bad. The writing would be better if this was something that was shown early in the story and built up on step by step, then revealed. But the fact that the ex was suddenly one of the most op antagonists as soon as she was turned after 100+ chapters in, is ridiculous. The other powerful villains that couldn’t even be defeated by the main group, was easily killed off by her alone. It just seems like poor writing. It’s the same case with the previous number 1 student being introduced and killed off in one chapter.

Just the fact that the crew of villains were thrown away, makes it feel like any development of the supporting hero characters won’t get that time to shine by defeating them one on one. I honestly think they should’ve kept the purple haired girl in the story as the main supporting villain instead of the ex. It would make way more sense that way. To me they basically threw away any development to substitute the main villain girl with someone who had a connection to the mc. I genuinely think the author put more effort into buffing the villains than actually progressing the powers of the hero group.

Well she was made with one of the best insects in the beginning and evolved on her own, so of course she’s going to be pretty op. and i think they were more so friends but ml had a crush on her, not sure though. been a while since ive read the beginning.

and like the teacher said (villain one) breeder is literally using his friend against him, knowing it’s a weakness of his. the plot isn’t poorly developed. it has much thought behind it. ml cares DEEPLY for her and wants to help her, because he’s the reason she’s like that in the first place, as he said so himself. the breeder is literally just killing two birds with one stone by using his friend (long term crush, at that) against him. the breeder knows that ml has a weakness, and in the previous chapters ml LITERALLY couldn’t even come to the conclusion of killing her because he cares too much about her. I’m sorry but the plot isn’t poorly written at all.

Whelp it’s a matter of opinion. This author doesn’t have the best track record with plots, as I have read their other story before this as well. They did the exact same thing of having random op side characters that were thrown in and not developed well over time at all. So, I will deem it poor writing.

You didn’t really say anything about all the other points like the entire crew of villains being killed off by a newbie, and the fact that she got turned 100+ chapters into the story. MY POINT is that the writing did not build her up to be a villain OVER TIME, and just threw her in to be the most op really late into the story. I never said her being involved as a villain was poor writing, I said how it was DEVELOPED was bad. If the author made hints or even involved her in the story way earlier, it would’ve been more believe as to how she’s way more powerful and intimidating.

You should have never explained the reasoning behind her addition to the story, because that was never my point. I clearly explained everything in my first comment. It shows that you didn’t really read what I said, and didn’t even get what I was saying. Poor writing = how a writer develops the story and connects everything.

The author for Lilith's cord and jungle juice aren't the same people, i think. for jungle juice, im pretty sure the artist are actually two different people and then the author is also another person. I think it was mentioned somewhere before when they took the longest break in history (over exaggeration)
