It's a manga version, so it would be more confusing
The original was a digital manga. Even if the panels are spaced differently, the print manga has the exact same panels as the digital one
Maybe but digital version stil wasn't uploaded like that, so it's easier to distinguish them when they are uploaded separately, in my opinion at least
This manga has already been uploaded up to chapter 135. You can add these uncensored chapters to that one. It's just less confusing since there aren't 2 separate copies of the same manga.
