well... ehhhh. at the end, jiwook is brutally gangraped to the point he ends up in the hospital. it’s revealed the reason juyeon did all of this to jiwook is because he’d done the same thing in high school (gangraped, assaulted juyeon) but he’d lost his memory somewhere between now and then. after he awakens in the hospital he remembers what happened & what he’d done to juyeon and is remorseful, crying, saying he’s so sorry u know the drill. can’t remember how juyeon reacted but he ends up having jiwook move in w him. they end up living together, jiwook stops attending college & they spend the rest of their days having sex. if the previous commenter read this where i did, the main story ends somewhere around 30 chapters & the rest that follow are extras (including the dog scene... which was removed and rewritten in the actual novel)

iirc there was a disclaimer that the manhwa isn't loyal to the novel so im just confused since in the most recent chapters of the manhwa, jiwook has been gangraped by 3 dudes and then juyeon said he didn't mean for things to go that far and then pretends to console him. jiwook moves in after but it hasn't been revealed why yugeon is doing all this yet and jiwook hasn't regained any memories

so does the main story in the novel end after yugeon's intention is revealed? and afterwards, yugeon continues to torture jiwook in the side stories, relishing in jiwook's reactions and new trauma to satisfy his revenge?

yes the people who just raped him were in the novel. i’m pretty sure the next group (it happens twice) is all new people, including a few he knows. one of the rapists from a bit ago shows up in another scene later but i dont think he takes part in any more assault

the manhwa is pretty canon compliant right now, (juyeon was the slightest bit more concerned over jiwook’s suicide threat last chapter opposed to the novel) so jiwook hasn’t technically “moved in” yet. more spoilers for this paragraph since i forgot but juyeon essentially atticwifes jiwook after this chp., keeps him locked in a room 24/7 and comes in only to fuck/feed him. it gets to the point where jiwook is forced to use dog training pads to pee. he gets out of that situation & escapes, then like i said gets gang raped again, goes to the hospital, & his memory comes back which is when he actually chooses to move in with juyeon bc he has nothing left lmao

your assumption is basically correct lol, the main story does end after jiwook finally realizes why juyeon’s doing this. the side stories are less “i hate ur fucking guts so im gonna beat and rape you”, they’re more domestic. they live together normally (well as normally as they can anyway) and jiwook’s hurt during sex but bc he tells juyeon he likes it. there are more mentions of it but i don’t think he’s rlly hurt outside of that

it’s a dog that juyeon & jiwook adopt. i didn’t read those chapters myself but it’s a beastiality thing. thankfully the side story including that was removed and replaced with something else so the manhwa won’t be including it if it adapts the extra stories
