Sorry for the confusion I genuinely didn't know this was a twin story and I just went and looked back and saw the earrings changing which would explain the different attitudes
1. This is most definitely rape and 2. I wish the reveal that it was twins would come after one or both of the twins fall for Mc so we can see them grovel and get some type of justice with their hearts being broken.
