I don't think your opinion is unpopular. But as they progress this family seems very weird to me. I know Daniel loves him as a son, but Ryuu doesn't see him as a father. And since Ryuu obtained the freedom he ought to have from the beginning by an open-minded society, he slowly unravels his sexuality and becomes very clingy to his papa with sex in mind. Even Daniel starts to notice that something is off. To be honest I don't get the path the mangaka wants to go. Maybe until the ending volume things will change dramatically. But right now I am with Ryuu. I am very soft-hearted with people with longlasting loves. I want them to win.
besically what the first commont said. the kid don't see him has a father, he see him has his lover. and still see it that way now. Daniel need to get it already and deal with it somehow. whatever to reject him or accept his feelings, it's up to him. at least they not blood related XD
honestly,the more i read and the more shit unveils,i feel it would be better if they dont end up together. they look more and more like a father and son,and i would feel weird if they hook up tbh. You see that papa genuinely loves him like a son,and i just cant go past that. i hope they both find somebody else to love and cherish,and they love each other like family. i really wonder how will the author bring the conclusion,specially if its a romantic one for the two of them. end of the unpopular opinion xd
