Pretty sure it was early on in one of Hwigang's streams where the viewers kept typing Amen to Lee Hoyeol's name = homen
Basically they worship him like a religion: Hoyeol (MC's name) + Amen (often said at the end of prayers) = Homen
I saw it in the streams but the translator didn't explain what it meant so I was confused. Thanks!
