as far as i can remember, both yeonghan (seme) and yejun (uke) finally fuck but they hav a misunderstanding bc yeonghan watched a gay porn video that he saw online and it wasnt rly to his taste bc both of the dudes were burly af LMAO (guess he doesn't like bara??) and he accidentally said it was disgusting during sex bc he kept thinking abt that video so yejun thought he was being homophobic af while they were doing it. yejun decided to giv his all while they did it so he could cut contact w yeonghan but ofc yeonghan didnt want that to happen so he was persistent in trying to reach out to yejun.
then as yeonghan went to apologize to yejun after his shift(?), yejun asked if yeonghan liked him bc he noticed how there where so MANY signs. yeonghan who was unaware of his feelings said smth like bruh im literally here to apologize and youre telling me that i like you?? which caused another more misunderstanding.. yejun said smth that he only saw yeonghan as some dude that hooked up with. but dw yeonghan eventually figures out his feelings for yejun.
after yeonghan DOES figure out his feelings, he assumes that yejun doesnt really feel the same way. bc of that whole scene. but he was persistent as always, not wanting to lose contact with yejun.
there was this scene in the novel where yeonghan was sooo pissed seeing how yejun was doing all the work in the journalism booth during the festival. and kim jaeui (the ex) who was drinking w the profs, was drunk and like he wanted yejun to sit with him at the table, but he became very aggressive, grabbing yejun's collar and allat. but bc yejun was holding smth hot in his hands since yk he was a server, he got burnt. and oh boy yeonghan got even more pissed that he, a sober man, took a soju bottle, threatening to hit that guy in the head. but yejun was like. bro i got burnt. take me to the infirmary instead.
they got closer after that, they got more intimate and like they started fucking again. hurray!! but ofc kim jaeui had to ruin it again. lmao. bc yeonghan and yejun kissed inside yeonghan's car in the parking lot during yejun's short break (this was during his finals, and yejun was planning on making things official w yeonghan) and jaeui saw them and took a pic from afar and wanted to blackmail yejun bc yejun refuses to talk to him bc of that booth incident. annnnd this caused another misunderstanding between yeonghan and yejun. bc yejun rly wanted to remove that pic from his phone, afraid that jaeui will spread it. yejun smth abt how yeonghan and him werent serious and that they probably wont see each other again, trying to convince jaeui that they werent serious. and yeonghan who was waiting at the parking lot, came up and heard yejun's words. and it got angsty from there.
mind you, this was just a few days before summer break so it was just sad. yeonghan, who refused to hear what yejun had to say, immediately fled to his family's house during the summer. hes not rational enough to listen to him unfortunately. and yejun waited outsides yeonghan's place and after no response, he went in bc he knew the passcode (since yeonghan told him before). and during those three weeks he waited inside yeonghan's place for him to return.. they only got to reconcile when yeonghan's younger brother decided to go inside his place to get some advanced english textbook and saw yejun. yeonghan had his phone turned off during the break, and he refuses to open it bc he was either afraid of not receiving any messages from yejun or that he wouldn't be able to move on. but yejun sent 50 messages from different times.
and yeonghan cried a lot when they saw each other again. <3
and yejun explains the whole situation to yeonghan but yeonghan just kept crying LMAOO..
thats all i can say bc i only read the free chapters. i totally recommend reading the novel bc theres so much more details that i wasnt able to note out.
