this is the problem I have with omegaverse...The omegas are worth zero to society and Yuka here, only adds to that belief. He isn't strong at all and I mean zero character...But most importantly, while everybody is feeling sorry for him, I don't. I remember him treating Kaoru like dirt and completely ignored him because he was too "normal"...His close childhood friend that was always there for him was shunned while he embraced a group that truly didn't give a damn about him. Yuka looked down on others as if they were beneath him for trivial reasons. think this was the universe's way of saying "don't judge others and think you are better than them"...Bang, you're an Omega!...If Kaoru finds a true pair I hope he gets it. Yuka gets no sympathy from me... ( ̄へ ̄)

Well yes, Yuka was a bad friend, because he was gullible, rebelious and wanted to be popular/cool/accepted by other teenagers. I remember that he ignored Kaoru, but at the same time I can understand him, since many teens do that at some point. He was young, he was worried about other people's opinions, he made mistakes, but he also never did something so immoral that it would deserve rape, he didn't bully Kaoru or completely forget about him... Yuka didn't do something unforgivable. Later on the story, Yuka does realise that ignoring his only real friend was selfish, narcissistic and wrong, he does regreet it, he does forgive Kaoru for raping him, he does tell Kaoru he will step aside if he mets an better omega/his fated pair... So all this terrible experiences did make Yuka become more empathetic and humble. I also can sympathize with Kaoru, he's a sweet paceful kid who was overwhelmed by his alpha nature and hormones... He has always been in love with his childhood friend and wanted to prevent him for being gang raped, so I don't hate him for making a life changing desition for Yuka without his consent and raping him, since they were in a desesperate situation and in a corrupted shitty society were apparently people treat omegas as baby machines without human rights,

It seems to me that in Omegaverse the omegas are a lot less phsicically strong than the rest of people, they become submissive, weak, horny, etc, especially when they're in heat. So, at least that's not Yuka's fault... That is the "tragedy"/drama that is part of the main topics in omegaverses: how whould humans emotions, actions, interactions, believes and moral values be affected if our animal/instinct part was as strong as our rational/emotional part, if we couldn't resist sexual attraction/the need to fight other people of our samw gender for dominance??

There seems to be a misunderstanding here...I never said he deserved rape. Being and omega doesn't mean you get to be a crappy human being. I am not talking about omega "traits" but his personality before even realizing he was an omega due to the "traits" coming through...And even so I reiterate, "this is the problem I have with omegaverse...The omegas are worth zero to society and Yuka here, only adds to that belief"... ╮( ̄▽ ̄)╭
