My favorite slice of life is Natsume Yuujinchou aka Natsume's book of friends. Deeply heartfelt, nostalgic and major Ghibli vibes. The anime follows the series exactly which is amazing!

Lord of The Mysteries (can't recommend enough!! Read the webnovel it's a masterpiece! The series got re-worked into stunning gothic art and the anime is highly rated too but they're both rushed and book is simply better!)
