her hair pieces that looks like horns could be what gave her away :'D i remember from Anya's flashback that her mom (at least to me she seemed like the mom) has the hairstyle Anya usually wears that hides her horns thingy
I'm more interested in how they started suspecting that Anya might be one of their experimented kid. Cause there is no way them being neighbors is a coincidence. But we also know that Anya was able somehow leave their lab and get to an orphanage.
