they might be father and son cuz we did see Mr A with ears and Little A recalls going to the doctor every once in a while (presumably for the doctor to check if Little A is developing animal characteristics like) and we still don't know for sure if the "animal people" can get pregnant or not so it might be possible for the two to be father and son.
yo is Little A a clone or... why does him being nicknamed "Little A" while his uncle is "Mr. A" give off that vibe... they even look the same bro
