they might be father and son cuz we did see Mr A with ears and Little A recalls going to the doctor every once in a while (presumably for the doctor to check if Little A is developing animal characteristics like) and we still don't know for sure if the "animal people" can get pregnant or not so it might be possible for the two to be father and son.
I believe his uncle and mom are brother and sister. There was a photo with the 3 of them together and all 3 had the same hair color. Also, I believe he got into some of the “medicine” on his uncle’s farm when he was a kid and the uncle then had to explain what was going on and that could be the reason why little A’s parents freaked out and became overprotective. I believe it’s a weird experiment where they are putting things in the water or food to see who changes and then using people that changed as livestock.
I'n earlier chapter when he first came in the farm and met G, He was Given name "Little A" just because he's A's nephew and they don't use names.
