What is machine translation
Lol you only recently started reading novels didn't you, but machine translation is just as it sounds it isn't a person who translated it but a machine, the page would be in Korean then you can click Google translate on your settings and bam it's translated, problem with machine translation is since it's not a person there's many mistakes in the translation, a lot of mistaking pronouns and jumpy dialog could be pretty confusing if you're not used to it
