A BL where the MC has a secret shipp abt two guys from his university, he moves and his new neighbour is one of those guys. Maybe im mixing it up, but if I do remember correctly, the MC writes a novels based in this shipp he created, but one of those guys fall in love with him.

I'm not sure. Last time I checked there was only 2 volumes, and it seems the author hasn't uploaded any more chapters, so it is probably discontinued ╥﹏╥
