It’s actually more people than we think. A lot of the time at birth though, if intersex people are born with two genitals the parents can quite literally ask one of them to be removed, so the child has no idea.
Intersex people as a whole are so so much more common than we’re lead to believe. Ofc, the intersex ppl with specifically male and female genitals are a bit rarer, but I still can’t excuse ignorance on the internet. We have access to so much information that after a certain point, ignorance stops being an excuse.

the amount of people who have no idea what an intersex person is, genuinely kills me. The mc is not trans, and it implies he’s always had both genitalia. That leaves one answer. He’s intersex. DUH!
