So, when kael amd hestia have that small fight, actually, it wasn't a fight in the novel. Hestia was just chilling on the balcony and kael misunderstood the situation. Anyway, after that kael refused to leave hestia's side for even a moment. He was afraid hestia would try to harm herself again. Then helios came and told hestia that to kael, she means a lot more than diana's abdication. Kael wants to live his lofe happily with the woman he loves, and doesn't want to bother about whatever happens to diana. Hestia understood and suggested they go on a trip to Attica. They stay there for almost a year, and ahem did "it" almost everyday lol. Kael was still worried about hestia's health so he'd ask for a doctor to check hestia's health everyday. Hestia also asked the doctor why she wasn't getting pregnant when they do it almost everyday? Then one day came helio's letter, asking for help. He couldn't handle all the state affairs on his own. Then they went back to the capital, and attended a party hosted by that countess(i forgot her name, hestia's partner in crime). There she ate a cake but got nauseous, then the countess said maybe there's a good news. Hestia and kael left the party immediately and asked a doctor to check. Since coming to the capital, they didn't have time for a check up. And that's how they found out she's pregnant. As the first symptom happened at a tea party filled with ladies, the rumour spread everywhere that kael and hestia are expecting a child. And here guys, is when real cracks started forming in diana and helio's relationship. Since they got married way before kael and hestia but still didn't have any children. Helios asked diana to fulfill her duties, diana refused. Her excuse, she also wants a child but didn't like how the topic was brought up. Oh well, fast forward. Hestia safely gave birth. Emperor's health has deteriorated beyond recovery. He asked to see kael's child since kael is also like a son to him. After 100 days have passed after creos birth, kael, hestia and baby creos went to see the emperor. Emperor gave the baby his blessings. A few days after that he passed away. Soon after diana was out. Helios didn't waste time. He soon went to hestia and kael, so they would help him choose his next crown Princess. Helios was crowned emperor. They got married and soon welcomed their first son. Just a year after their marriage lol. Helios didn't waste time at all with this new girl.
Yk, i always imagined creos with shorter hair, since he was so much like hestia. And decaleon with longer hair since he resembles kael the most. And little charis is cute as always. Helios even joked that hestia gave birth to charis all on her own.

Nah. The novel ended with hestia pregnant with their 4th one. And The emperor (helios) on a trip with his wife so they won't lose to hestia and kael lol.

Exactly. Nothing like the drama in the emperor's bed chambers happened in the novel. Ig the artist was trying to make diana more hateful? But didn't say anything like "What will happen to me after his majesty dies?". She's not THAT bad. She's always seen the emperor as her father and was devastated that she couldn't do anything to help him. At that point she was completely resigned to her fate. She actually went to the former emperor to ask for advice when helios asked diana for a child. The emperor told diana that she shouldn't force herself and do what she wants. Diana thought for a few days about this and finally decided she couldn't do it. Her husband doesn't love her like before. (it's true too. Helios even had a moment when he was attracted to hestia. That just proves how shallow his feelings for diana are now) And looking at the situation, it would look like she's trying too much to keep her position as the crown princess. The stiff diana who doesn't bend her values at all can't do it. At the time when kael and hestia brought their baby to meet the emperor, diana was inside caring for the emperor but swiftly left when she heard who came to visit. She was already resigned to her fate. She knew well she's going to be abdicated once the emperor dies but didn't do anything to prevent it. She was just waiting to leave. Ykw, Diana really is one stubborn mole. Up until the very end of the novel, she never admitted what she did was wrong, or that hestia was right. Ig that's just her character. The emperor also said this in the manhwa on his death bed, that he couldn't live long enough to teach her the world doesn't always work the way she wants. At times she'll have to bend. That her values won't always help her.
But diana was too proud to ever bend to anyone. She became a normal priest at the temple, helping people.
