tbh I didn't read any spoilers about them specifically so I am not sure, but from the spoiler I posted above I can say is that both William and the Duke d!e before she turns back time so even if they did get together it ended in a tragedy. And even after she turned back time and did a redo there was never "any explanation for the murdered prince" and they just elope to france so I am assuming that if they did get together after she went back in time it was off screen...?
also since there was "no closure for the villain" and "no explanation for his death" it's possible that Wiliiam might get murdered AGAIN!! for the third time (OGNOVEL TL, CURRENT TL, and REDO TL) bc they didn't even bother explaining why he died or helped solve the situation before leaving haha...but again these are just assumptions of mine based off the spoiler I posted...
