He does have a cute baby face but he can help being so skinny, he was eating out of a tube for years, not moving his body, it will take a a long while for him to go back to his normal healthy weight. He really is just skin and bones right now and since he is already a pretty small petite man, him being underweight makes it’s look like he’s gonna get blown away by a stiff breeze…
There are still better ways to portray a SICK man. It's not just "baby face", it's the way they are trying to make him incredibly small and "cute" and make him seem innocent compared to the ml. A fragile man who went through shit can still look like a grown-up and not like a prepubescent boy that's also 1/4th of the ml's size
Fair enough. I guess it’s just a popular trope. A lot of ukes look prepubescent. Especially cause manga/WEBTOON don’t usually give their characters pubic hair. Them all being very tall muscular men doesn’t help look any less small. Need him next to another average height person and away from all these 6ft giants.
