I mean, Yun Oh is right though. Haewon doesn't love Yun Oh romantically and that's why Yun Oh is insecure. They aren't on the same level.

Its like Yun Oh has Haewon's body but not his heart. Sure, he has him, but not in the way Yun Oh idealized it to be. So that's why he's acting all wishy washy and flip flopping so much. Haewon is going through the motions but the one thing Yun On wants is for Haewon to love him just like how he does with Haewon.

yeah i think we all understand the rationale behind yun oh’s emotions but the way he’s going about it is terribly dumb. understandable, but objectively the suboptimal approach to this whole ordeal

No he's not. Ok he's feelings are valid but what he does about it? How he wants to change the situation? How uke put more effort than him but he just runaways. He's a pain in the ass and a selfish person. He changed the dynamics of the relationship but constantly bitching about it without even putting minimum effort

heeeey aventurine!! Hsr buddy. Anyway back to the topic. I feel like the author wanted to make Yun Oh younger bc he acts like a high schooler, not someone in college. Bc what he needs to say and communicate to Haewon is, "I want you to love me as much as I love you" but he's hesitant and walks around the subject bc he's afraid if he brings it up, Haewon will realize yeah, he doesn't love him like that and break up.

Not that I'm saying Yun Oh isn't annoying rn. Subconsciously or not, he's acting annoying and pushing the limit of Haewon's tolerance bc he's testing how far Haewon can tolerate him before breaking up. Its pretty much tactics used by toxic partners that are emotionally abusive.

btw, I wasn't saying Yun Oh is right in his method and the way he's acting. I meant he's right that Haewon doesn't love him romantically. Even though Haewon is doing exactly as Yun Oh asks, it's not bc he loves him like a lover, but because he doesn't want to lose Yun Oh as family. Yun Oh is never going to be happy if Haewon is dating him only bc he rather date someone he doesn't love than to lose Yun Oh.
