Technically we haven't seen him actually kill someone. We've seen him with blood on his clothes and he ordered his men to kill some people. For all we know he could be some vilgilante mob boss hunter.
true true, he does seem pretty kind and caring. maybe he is like batman but less antisocial so he has a larger mob
