Helppp, what manga is this?

yaoi manga with an age gap; younger guy is in his last year of high school I think. It starts with the younger guy and the man he likes laying in the grass looking up at stars. And I remember 2 other scenes: the younger guy gets confessed to by a girl in front of his crush and then gets upset it didn’t seem to bother the older man, and a later chapter where the man texts him on his birthday to meet at their spot where they look up at stars, I think he was waiting til the boy was 18 to admit he liked him too or something….please does anyone know what I’m talking about??
