Author just hate Nine

I tried to read the novel but I gave up after Cho 90 something when there wasn’t any progress with Gwen
I was assuming that it would be a 3p but there was obviously a difference in ML

Yeah the progress is slow at the beginning but then it's arguably fast. Which also proof forme, that it was intended for Gwen getting Nine in the end, but somewhere the author change it to this 3 people situationship. ╥﹏╥

Absolutly! I love their scenes so much <3 so cute and Gwen is such a sweet cookie ٩(๑❛ᴗ❛๑)۶ those gave me strength to work through the whole thing

I love gwen so much for this. All the sacrifice he made in the novel and even willing to give up his life in a dark souls like boss battle with amon *chef's kiss he's the whole green package.

I wanted to love amon as a character too I swear but its like the author tried too hard to make him unfeeling for the sake of plot to have a villain yet still forces him to us readers and nine. Even at the climax of the story he was still unredeemable for me up until he revived gwen, that one made me forgive him a little.

I love me some well done 3p relationship in my bl but this js not it (づ￣ ³￣)づ i still love gwen soo much tho if only he could have been the sole ML of the story. My only pet peeve for him is that he was open to urge nine to cheat just because nine couldn't leave amon because of the bond

I swear like it seems the author doesn't even want us to like Amon cause I'm trying hard to see reason with him but his methods are so...

The foundation for Amon and Nain was curiosity of one another and Amon and Nain shares the love of the arts (Amon enjoys drawing, Nain loves making music), but due to Amon's nature (and his cult), it ruins Nain's mental state.

As for Gwen, their foundation came from pity and change. Both good n bad. Gwen kept pushing Nain which honestly didn't help too much as it gave him fleeting happiness, but it's better than Amon, honestly.

I wouldn't kill him off though, but yeah, the way Amon handled things, I can see why you think that. And your theory? After reading ICSYS, that could be a possibility, but I also think that they would've been better off just living in solidarity since both are skilled hunters.

Yeah I didn't like the affair. I couldn't get behind it at all, which is probably why I rooted for change in Amon. I also didn't like how late the author was when it came to Amon to feel sympathy after so long. It only made the situation awkward. Nain honestly was not ready to be anyone's partner. He's too naive and fragile. He needed more nurture. What made it interesting was how easy it was to manipulate Amon as well. That annoyed me.

Yeah. I think the difference between Yanu (from I can see your stats) and Amon (both are in the same universe) is that Yanu makes an attempt to blend in to find his mate. Amon was away from society and they flocked around him, showing nothing but violence.

PLEASE! can y'all detail me on the affair between Gwen and Na-in? (I'm too curious!) Like did Gwen force it? How long did it last, how was it found out? Was there smut between them? How did they settle shit at the end of the day? And most importantly, is the novel ended?

No forcing! Gwen was very gentle. Yes there is smut though its not described in detail but Gwen takes care of him too. He spoils him its so cute <3 with Hot cocoa! XD

So.. Nain was very distress cause there should be a big ritual with a lot of death, and he wanted to prevent it. Gwen noticing Nains distress tried first to calm him down (its a little strange the scene but I think it's also translation maybe)
Anyhow there they have the first time. Our baby really felt conflicted then but he couldn't denie that a) he liked it and b) he liked Gwen.

Amon found out cause he could smell it later I ylthink after the 2nd or 3rd time... I can't remember clearly. Even though Gwen took care of cleaning and all he didn't reached ... deeeeep.

For the settlement.. hell I want to know that too -.-

Nain spent some days with Gwen the others with Amon. Gwen rn is traveling so Nain visit him at night while spending the day with Amon (/.-)

Besides that he didn't care much... I mean I can understand it in someway , like "why should I carewhen those human worship me and do things?" But at the same time... that's WHY your mate got killed in the first place （￣へ￣） can't you at least afterwards try to keep them in check?
As you said Yanu blended in and he also had a more open personality in general. His mate also at least gave him conter when he was dragon stupid xD

I get Nain not being as strong but also... I don't know even th memory how they end up together didn't gave me "Oh yeah so much chemistry"

I personally would have enjoyed having one wholesome pairing and one that show the dark side of the dragon bond (which it did but I really was expecting a dragon death)

I think due to his High Priest's "success", Amon trusted his judgement, however, it still didn't add up. Nain is right there, yknow?

As for how they ended up, yeah...it was a situationship. The relationship started pretty good! Until it escalated real quick ╮(￣▽￣)╭.

Maybe the next one will demonstrate what happens if the dragon dies!
