Because most readers live in fanon and spread false narrative. Jo hate is forced while tj hate is rightful. Tbh idk how people got so much hate for Jo it really makes no sense. I never really seem this behavior before because tj is clearly a horrible love interest.
yeah exactly! what i really don’t understand is how they have this fixed narrative of jo, and that is he’s such a boring character. like how the fuck did they come up with this thought? do they read with their eyes closed? i really can’t understand how jo seems boring to the most of the readers, when he is in fact has the most interesting character and personality in the story (could also be debatable with ian cuz obviously he’s my fave, too)
They went crazy over Jo cumming on Ian’s face (which is a bit weird to me too but not all that honestly) but not a cricket when the panel appeared, where TJ said “no” to Ian’s “I don’t want to have sex” or something along that line.
I'm rereading this cuz I wanted to gather my thoughts on tj like I rmbr when I was reading this for the first time, I did not like tj and I didn't like whatever tj and Ian had going on but then seeing how much everyone ships these two on TikTok I thought maybe Im biased maybe tj really is all that and now I can confidently say I don't fw tj and Ian and honestly why is Jo so underappreciated??? Like he's such a nice character I'm not even saying that Ian and Jo is better a ship than Ian and TJ cuz people can ship whoever they want, all I'm saying is why don't more people like Jo??? LIKE HES SUCH A WELL WRITTEN CHARACTER WITH HIS OWN STRUGGLES he adds this emotional flair to this story that really makes me appreciate the effort the author put into their characters!
