I think, based on the previous story "Kiss Me Liar" with the same universe as this one, dominant Alpha's, they all have violet eyes, and when they go into rut their eyes turns into golden/yellow.
They will have Violet eyes, i think when they presented.
Or maybeee, their Omega parent genes just so strong they inherited their eyes.
Keith's sone maybe an Omega , and Josh Children probably just inherited his strong genes
So in this universe when Dominant Alphas Manifest their eyes turn purple.
Chase and his Siblings are born from a Dominant Alpha and Dominant Omega so they Manifested at a younger age (except Greyson who was born a Dominant Alpha which is why he's the worst lol.)
Chase is a late bloomer in his family so his eyes should be blue here.
But most people manifest around their early teens. Which is why the kids not born from two Dominant parents have normal eyes until they manifest

In the Novel he hadn't presented yet he shouldn't have purple eyes here. I think the artists made a mistake or maybe they changed it for him to manifesting early(?)
No, that wouldn't make sense, manifesting Chase earlier would make him totally different, like his siblings. Him manifesting later is the reason why he has emotions and is so sensitive in the flashbacks.
And it would also kill the reason for his change later, since manifesting turns them into psychopaths.
It would destroy his whole character.
It's either they didn't know which eye color to give him ( they could have asked Zig), because they only know that one novel or they thought it would be irritating for the readers.
Because he wasn't manifested in this flashback and at the commercial. And he used colored lenses for his movie role, we didn't see that either.
Ya, that's why I asked cause I am reading the novel currently and wasn't able to grasp why his eye color was already purple when he was such a young kid.
I genuinely wanna know do all dominant alphas in this BL have violet eyes? Are they born with it or as they present their eyes turn violet? Cause in Kiss Me Liar, their kids didn't have violet eyes. Three kids were shown and they all had green or blue eyes. Does this mean they didn't present till that time or its something else?
