Close, but you’re missing one thing.
Norman survived the double suicide (he actually wasn't in on it, Walter/William made him apart of it unknowingly). He had a short relationship with Erie, but is ultimately with this prison doctor named Van.
You can read the whole plot where this goes down/they explain it (as well as the Erie and mutou stuff) in UGH - Kiss and Kill, if you haven’t already.

We all know how sword and sen escaped from jail. After that let me try to conclude it. Travis Mutou the former warden got arrested for drug dealing. In jail he paid this Erie guy to be his bodyguard. Erie fell in love with Travis/Timmy. But Travis killed a guard and got executed.
On the other hand Walter/William the F.B.I agent, arrested Travis and helped Sword and Sen to escape. He fell in love with Norman while he was a prisoner/ undercover cop in UGH. He married an inmate means Norman and both committed suicide.
This new guy Ronnie is the nephew of Walter/William. He was in love with his uncle. But after his uncle died he was a prison guard in UGH where he met Erie then fell in love. Erie was always in love with Travis and he wanted revenge on Walter/William, Sword and Sen for Travis's death.
So when Erie learnt from Ronnie that Walter/William died and Ronnie was related to William/Walter, he decided to kill Sword and Sen with the help of Ronnie. Ronnie helped him escape and they went to Sword and Sen. Then something happend. Ronnie was shot and then was sent to prison for 7 years for helping an inmate to escape. But don’t know what happened to Erie.
Iris who was William/Walter's partner and loved him decided to help Ronnie. So she hired Sword to be Ronnie's bodyguard in UGH. For money Sword agreed to be Ronnie's bodyguard for 1 year.
