So uhm, this is very normal, for many women actually
You can miss your period for a month even without you being pregnant or because of birth controls, it can be because of stress, weight changes, or exercise
Oooorrr maybe you have irregular periods, either way, start taking notes on calendar apps or anywhere to make sure when you do get your period and you don't, just to make sure
There's no need to panick

You should see for another month, then see a gynecologist. It can be ovarian cyst or late periods due to stress, bad sleep cycle, not eating proper food etc. Don't delay for many months, because surgery can be a option in that case which is lowkey scary. If you ask me how ik this...it's cuz my friend had the same thing.

It's normal once in a while to miss period for a month or two, especially when your hormone start getting unstable. Or you're stressed. Or didn't eat enough/eat too much. Or you did excessive exercises. It's possible that you at first start off with regular period and then it start become irregular. However if it's prolonged and you didn't get your period for few months (about 4 months) then you should check with doctor. No you're not having baby(lol), but there might be diseases that you need to check, you might have problem with your hormone or something in your uterus area.
Hi, I don't know if i got my period like last month. And I'm having doubts that I didn't because i don't remember ever needing tampons and pads last month/ or i did get my period, i just don't remember. But seriously, I'm panicking now. Idk why I'm panicking since I've never had any romantic or sexual intercourse, and ew. I'm scared of dicks, and I'm still studying. SO I don't know what to do
