yeah there's a lot of times when English officials don't translate the extras or bonus chapters for some reason (Renta! is particularly bad for not translating them, which is were the officials foe this manga came from), for this specific manga it looks like the bonus chapter was translated a few years after the main story had ended.

sometimes it has to do with the publishing platform, Renta and cmoa sometimes have exclusive benefits that were drawn specifically for their platform so other publishers usually have to sign a contract with them and the author in order to feature it on another platform
