Based on your region, some internet company ban mangago. In my country majority of internet is banned except maxis. If your wifi and your data is by different company, then it might be because of that. However you can download VPN apps and turn it on, it'll bypass the ban so if you want to use your wifi to open mangago you need to turn on vpn
They ban "suspicious" website lol, especially porn websites so yea
Just use different browser
I used android, and I use Opera and turn on the free build in VPN. No need to download vpn apps
If you use apple, then you need to use vpn
