Simply put Epsers are powerful with powers but they get side effects for using those powers and Guides are there to control that power (hence the name guide) , usually through physical contact , more the contact more the effect

can someone pls explain guideverse like wdf is an esper and guide and what are the ranks/how do they work, beacuse the main reason i dont like guideverse stories is simply because i don’t understand it
