I still maintain my original opinion on Mincheol, he doesn’t deserve to be a villain to usher a younger man in haesoo’s life. My opinion is based on their younger days and how Mincheol treated Haesoo. I do understand people change based on growth, circumstances and environments. If I had written the story, I would’ve made Haesoo a grieving wife still not over the passing of her husband who meets Taeha.

why someone can't accept mincheol sacrifice alot before to be the villain of this story, if he didn't no taeha no chance. earlier i comment about his younger days how he's effortfully, love, hardwork for haesoo many were angry bring the mincheol a trash yes he is, but remember without the past there is no present when he choose haesoo at that time. he mentally abused haesoo but not physically abuse. until now he cheated, narcissistic, bad person but he doesn't forget haesoo not defending him but he's basically a reason of a plot even not his own romance.

I think it’s realistic actually. Not that romantic storylines about widows finding love are not realistic or deserving, it’s just refreshing to see relationships ending in other ways as well. I know more than a couple people personally who’ve been in abusive relationships where their bf was originally really sweet. Life happens and people change as they get older, especially during the transition from youth to adulthood. It’s sad that Mincheol might have gotten depressed feeling stuck in his financial/life situation, as many people do. Life’s unfair. Although tragic, Mincheol’s story adds dimension to what would otherwise be a basic yandere smut manhua and yet, I can’t understand how anyone could still ship him with Haesoo.
