YES THIS OMG I was going to rant abt how the mc is pissing me off about trying to involve himself into something that isn't his problem which he doesn't know the whole story about and is trying to 'fix' their relationship, there wasn't even any relationship between the two anyways and I hate how the mc is even trying to hear out his partner and trying to keep up the 'good relationship' do you not care about the relationship with your partner bruh that's more important than that the mc doesn't understand a neglectful family and it pissed me off

YES he would absolutely be so homophobic to any other gay couple like they dont ever take that in at all i know the mc has a good relationship with his fam i think or whatever but that doesn't mean he has the right to try to make another families relationship the same as his especially when he doesn't know anything about his family even if he did he shouldn't try to involve himself bc he doesn't realise that he is actually worsening it, forcing something to exist doesn't help it exist its justs overall the mc's mindset with it, i get that it's his partner's family but not everyone needs their family and i wish he would talk to his partner about it instead of trying to do 'the right thing' for the both of them

yes but you dont have to get along with family because just because they are family doesnt mean they have the right to do things to you that are unforgivable, saying that it is better if they can get along is your mindset and not everyone believes it is true but koreans are pretty family orientated which is why family is so important to them even if they are some really bad people its just in the culture every is like that but korea is more conservative than the western countries i dont believe that it will be better if they can get along, if my family kicked me out i would just cut off with them because i dont owe them anything, and in this cause the ml family will have to do a lot to gain his forgiveness anyways
Allowing toxic people to stay around you simply because theyre family is a dangerous mindset. Also why would you wanna hang out with someone who actively treats you like youre someone "incorrect' or who needs to be fixed will not affect them, but it will affect your own mental (and possibly physical) wellbeing.
Its always better if people can get along. But there's also a TPO for that mentality
