No I think ppl want the couple to switch bc the story is so shit, so its not totally unrelated. Ppl don't realize they're reading trash BL and think that it's the couple dynamic making them uncomfy when this is just overall ass. The manhwa u named are pretty well written (or at least have some sort of theme or plot) in comparison to this shitshow.
But yea, most ppl prefer seeing twinks at the bottom, and seeing otherwise is a turn off for them. It's def got to do with heteronormativity but it can be as simple as a preference too.
You don't understand what I mean. In so many BLs the top are WAY worse than anything this uke is. Literally physically abusing the bottom. Jinx and POTN have some of the most HATED tops in the entirety of the BL fandom. Yet where's all the comments asking them to switch.
