They all live far away from each other, I think only Chase and Grayson live in California, but not in the same area.
The family is not the closest to be frankly, if they have contact it's most of the time via phone often through secretaries.
You only see Grayson around Chase because he cares about Chase, in his own way. Even though Chase hates it. But you need to know more about Grayson to understand it.
And Nathaniel has to clean up his siblings messes.

Koi loves his children, but their relationship is totally messd up, because he couldn't take care of his children himself at some point. The reason is that he almost died because of them, and Ashley was not willing to take any risk of that happening again.
And Ashley is emotionless.
Chase had massive problems with his family because he manifested later than his siblings.
Chase was a sensitive and emotional child, but his siblings (aside form Bliss) never went through that phase.
So they didn't understand or misunderstood Chase, or didn't know how to react to him.
So he felt like an ousider. And was so fed up with his family that he didn't want anything to do with them. And Grayson's way if helping did the rest.

Not an official one. There is one complete english fan translation I know of (I didn't read it there, I used a translator when I read it, so don't know how good the translation really is) , but it has locked chapters. Last time I checked you could read up to chapter 160/210, the rest was still locked.
Chapter 195-210 is actually Extra 1, I saw a english translation of that somewhere else.
