He's gonna live forever tho bc he had the orb now so that won't happen (if I remember correctly)
i thought the orb just made it so that they will meet in the next lifetime, not making him immortal too lol
The orb was so they can be mate. Hyo un sharing half of his power to Taehyuk using the orb. According to the mystical deer, a dragon full power was harmful to Hyo Un (which was why Hyo Un coughing up blood because he still has the orb) and it was meant to be shared with his mate. The mate then will be called dragon master and possess some of its power including immortality.
Also when Hyo Un gave the orb to Taehyuk, he sort of snatched Taehyuk from Charon (ferryman carrying soul to underworld) who mentioned Taehyuk's name was no longer on the list. I think he meant permanently.
They'll live as long as they want but Hyo Un gets to decide when/if he wants to ascend to heaven with Taehyuk.
