I think op means that the fans are focusing too much in the romance aspect of the story instead of the plot. It has a romance aspect so the leads will get together eventually. Making that the sole focus of the story can be annoying

Yea lol, I meant that despite the authors efforts at drawing and writing a cool plot, it’s always ignored and fans just beg for romantic subplots. But ig it can be seen in many other stories too, not just the one I mentioned
This reminds me of School Bus Graveyard, but if the plot wasn’t as jumpy and if the fandom wasn’t obsessed with making the 2 main characters start kissing in every chapter. And this art style is cute I like it lol
